Management Consulting

JBTC can add value to your organisation by providing objective and experienced advice and support to improve performance. Assistance can include:

  • Mapping current processes
  • Analysing gaps in performance
  • Researching (national and international ) solutions to performance or quality gaps
  • Designing systems to improve performance and quality
  • Providing tools, processes, systems that you can take and adapt, or use as is!

Organisations sometimes experience a skill or human resource gap that prevents implementation of improvement strategies. In changing operating environments these skills/resources are not needed on a permanent basis. It's smarter to contract for these than to employ a suitably qualified and experienced permanent staff member.

Examples management consulting work include:

  • Development of Business and Operational Plans
  • Development of Succession Plans
  • Development of Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Development of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Plans
  • Information management mapping
  • Advice on how to amend work processes to gather evidence for results based accountability
  • Program or service evaluations
  • Training needs analyses
  • Gap analyses against standards or self-assessment tools
