This is a great course BRANDING of your organisation. All communications out of your organisation affect the impression that is given of the organisation. This course is about 'business documents' such as Reports, Letters, formal Emails, Minutes and more. It also covers some basic elements of client documentation, such as progress notes and support letters. Great for reminding staff of the importance of representing the standards and principles of the organisation at all times.
