Risk Management and Flexible Service Delivery - course details

In the world of individualised funding, organisations - from Boards to front line staff - will need to be flexible and responsive. But how do we manage risk without compromising flexibility? Organisations need to think through the risk management implications of flexible and individualised support. Support workers will need to be able to 'think on their feet' and have the ability to assess risks in dynamic environments and contexts. This training is designed to address risk assessment and risk management in the context of flexible, individualised services. Various versions are available depending on learners' contexts and job roles.
