Reflective practice involves continuously stopping and thinking about how you work, consciously analying your decision making, and drawing theories or expert knowledge and relating it to what you do. This course is designed to enable staff to reflect upon and further develop their professional capability for reflective practice and apply reflective practice in their job role.
